I'm Frédéric, originally from Liège, Belgium. It is mainly for health, ecological, and ethical reasons that I made the decision to go vegan in 2018. Having at heart to demonstrate that it is easy and accessible to cook vegan, while keeping the pleasure of eating good and tasty food, I take pleasure in sharing my recipes, my experience, as well as my daily life, through my blog and my Instagram page.
